Challenge
Effectively managing the flow of information between employees and human resources can be challenging. In this project, I was assigned the task of testing, auditing and redesigning an internal MVP HR Tool to enhance its effectiveness and minimise friction and communication issues.
Role
As a Product Designer, my role encompassed all stages of the design process, including evaluative research, problem definition, solution conception, and handover.
Solution
To enhance the employee's and HR experience, I devised a new design that prioritised office selection days over lunch selection. This approach aimed to simplify decision-making for users, improve tool efficiency, and provide clear guidelines on service and allowances.
